1 2 3 4 5 DEAR CORRUPTION FIGHTER, WELCOME TO OUR WHISTLE-BLOWING PLATFORM At the core of Corruption Watch’s mandate is the reports that we receive from the public. We need to know where corruption is happening, what form it takes, and who is doing it. This information helps us to identify corruption trends and hotspots, as well as informs our campaigns and advocacy projects that address specific issues. By submitting a report and blowing the whistle on corruption, you are assisting us in developing research initiatives, public mobilisation campaigns, public interest litigation and policy advocacy in order to improve the state of corruption in South Africa. It is important to note that Corruption Watch is not an investigative institution, and due to funding and capacity constraints, we can only investigate a small number of complaints received. We do encourage you to report any incident of corruption, in as much detail as possible, in order for us to find the best holistic solutions to address corruption in our communities, municipalities, provinces and the country as a whole. By taking a stand, you are actively contributing towards a corruption-free society!
